Why your handbook is your best prompt

You do not onboard a new hire by writing them a prompt. You point them at the handbook, the process docs, and the way things are done here — and let those shape how they work. Onboarding an AI crewmate is the same. The documents you already have are the company DNA it draws from, and the better they are, the better it works.
